UniversalPoster.com and American Music Channel Giveaways

By Andrew Vaughan

Let's start 2010 with something free. I was contacted recently by an old country music buddy in England about this new concept artist posters. Paul Harris is the guy's name who runs the company and as an ex-singer/songwriter he loves to visit Nashville and do business with Music City. He started a poster company in England offering special posters British pop stars, global superstars, and premier league soccer heroes, and now the company is branching out to the USA and country music.

UniversalPoster.com is the name of the company, and they have come up with the perfect gift for music fans. Thanks to a new, high-tech printing process, a range of posters, each with its own unique message, are now available. Celebrities include Irish country superstar Daniel O'Donnell, currently on tour in the USA, TV star David Hasselhoff, pop legends Tom Jones and Sir Cliff Richard and new UK teen sensations JLS. You can also choose from a selection of premier league soccer stars. If you're thinking of a Tom Jones poster, you pick from over 20 different photos and then you choose your own personalized message something like, "To Anne, with best wishes to you and your lovely family this Christmas, Love, Tom," and back comes the poster of your choice bearing that exact printed message in Tom's own handwriting style.

The posters are available in two sizes - standard (12in x 16in) and large (16in x 20in).

They come framed or unframed, with prices starting at $14.95 plus S&H.

However, in conjunction with UniversalPoster.com, American Music Channel has posters to give away to six lucky viewers. First prize is a large framed print, with five runners-up prizes of the standard, unframed prints. We'll contact the winners to ask for their personalized message.

Just send an email to Patty@AmericanMusicChannel.com telling us why you should be the lucky winner. Closing date is January 31, 2010.

American Music Channel is “Giving Back” through creating philanthropic campaigns that align charitable organizations and artists to make a difference in our world.

By: Andrew Hastings

Anyone lucky enough to see Paul McCartney play his first ever concert in Nashville would have been struck by a couple of things. First, the musical genius of the man was startling. Not a bad note all night, not a bad song, and one of the tightest bands ever to grace a Nashville stage – and that’s saying something.
